Appointment Booking and Non-Refundable Fee

Booking your earwax removal appointment with us requires a non-refundable fee of £40. This fee secures your appointment and covers the initial consultation, ear examination, and the removal procedure for one ear. Please note:

• The £40 fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including instances where earwax removal cannot be performed due to factors such as ear infections, absence of earwax, or hardened wax that cannot be safely removed during the initial visit.

• If both ears require treatment, an additional £40 per ear will be payable during the appointment.

Understanding the Non-Refundable Fee

The non-refundable fee is designed to cover the time, expertise, and travel of our specialist, allowing us to provide convenient, professional ear care services across a wide service area. This fee ensures that regardless of the outcome, you receive a thorough examination and professional advice tailored to your ear health needs.

Conditions for Additional Fees

Should earwax removal be necessary for both ears, an additional £40 per ear will be charged during the appointment. This fee is also non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Situations Where Earwax Removal May Not Be Possible

There are cases where earwax removal may not be feasible during your appointment, such as:

• Presence of an ear infection.

• Absence of earwax.

• Hardened earwax that cannot be safely removed during the initial visit.

In such cases, while earwax removal may not be performed, the £40 non-refundable fee will still apply as it covers the cost of the visit, examination, and professional assessment.
